A Note from Judy Morrison
I feel like I just won an Oscar with all the thank you’s I want to say!
For all of you that were at my retirement party, thank you for coming! The people at LWS really know how to throw a great party! It was great to see lots of folks and have some time to chat.
For my clients- you have become more like family to me. We have confided in each other about our personal struggles and triumphs along this journey, not just your financial information and goals. Some of you trusted me in the early years when I was new to the business and may not have completely known what I was doing! Thank you for your trust and loyalty over the years, I could not have reached this exciting point in my life without you! What a gift it has been to have you as my clients.
The team at LWS has so much knowledge and a strong commitment to client relationships- I feel extremely comfortable entrusting you with them. I often say that this transition has the same feeling as dropping my kids off at college. I know there is an adjustment period, but I am confident that you will be delighted with your new advisors. And not to mention our incredible operations department who diligently work behind the scenes serving both clients and advisors.
For my work family - Thank you, thank you, thank you! You took time out from your remarkably busy work schedules to organize and execute the perfect retirement party for me. Special thanks to Taylor, who is not only a very talented financial advisor, but really knows how to orchestrate great events.
And more importantly, thanks to the entire team for your support, camaraderie, laughter and all the knowledge that you have shared with me.
I also want to thank someone who unfortunately is no longer with us. E.J. Gary, who I worked with for 30 years prior to joining Lifetime Wealth Strategies 7 years ago. He passed away suddenly when we were moving into partner with LWS. Not only was he a great mentor but a wonderful, supportive friend. I would have left the business a long time ago if it had not been for his encouragement and guidance. And I cannot fail to mention his daughter, Ann Marie, who worked tirelessly beside me. We worked through some stressful times, but with lots of laughs!
Although I am sad to leave, I look forward to having more time to take those hikes, ride those bikes, have that drink or dinner with each of you and maintain those special relationships that we have developed.
Thank you and much love to you all!
And one last thing: The next time the market drops, don’t call me, call them!
